PROTEIN TOTAL URINE
₹100.00
Test Description: Protein Total Urine
The Total Protein Urine test measures the amount of protein excreted in the urine. Normally, urine contains little to no protein, but higher levels may indicate kidney damage or other health issues. This test is used to assess kidney function, detect early signs of kidney disease, and monitor conditions such as nephrotic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, or diabetes-related kidney damage. Elevated protein levels in urine, known as proteinuria, can be a sign of kidney dysfunction, and further investigation may be required to determine the underlying cause.
