LH (Luteinizing Hormone)

Luteinizing Hormone (LH) is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland that plays a key role in regulating the menstrual cycle and ovulation in women and testosterone production in men. In women, an LH surge triggers ovulation, the release of an egg from the ovary. In men, LH stimulates the testes to produce testosterone.
