  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service or test, we will promptly process a refund for the duplicate payment.
  • Service Not Provided: In the rare event that the test was not performed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the full amount paid for the service.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed Tests: Once a test has been completed and the results are delivered, no refund will be issued, even if the test was not required or if the results are not as expected.
  • Unclaimed Results: Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or expired reports. You are advised to collect and review your reports within the time frame specified.

3. Returns Policy

Since our services are related to diagnostic testing, returns are not applicable in the conventional sense, as the services provided (test results) cannot be returned or exchanged once performed.
