2. Appointment Booking & Home Sample Collection
Accuracy of Information: When booking a home sample collection or an in-lab appointment, you must provide accurate personal details, including your full legal name, age, gender, contact number, and exact location.
Patient Preparation (Fasting Requirements): Certain blood and pathology tests require specific patient compliance (e.g., 10–12 hours of strict fasting for blood sugar or lipid profiles). It is the sole responsibility of the patient to follow these pre-test instructions. Indian Diagnostics is not liable for skewed report variations arising from a failure to follow fasting protocols.
Service Availability: Home collection services are subject to geographic availability within Gurugram and the availability of certified phlebotomists at your requested time slot.
3. Payment Processing & Fees
Pricing Structure: Prices for individual tests and specialized health profiles are listed clearly on our digital portals. Indian Diagnostics reserves the right to revise test prices or home collection logistics dynamically without prior notification.
Zero Visiting Charge Policy: Our standard home sample collection across designated zones in Gurugram carries no added visiting fees unless explicitly mentioned for remote or extended outer-city perimeters during the booking checkout process.
Online Transactions: Digital payments made via integrated UPI networks (such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm) or credit/debit cards are processed through secure gateways. If a transaction fails but money is debited from your account, the amount is usually rolled back automatically by your banking institution within 5–7 working days.
4. Online Report Access & Patient Portal

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these login details.
Turnaround Time (TAT): While we make every clinical effort to deliver automated PDF reports within our estimated 12–24 hour processing timeline, certain complex cultures or specialized genomic/immunology panels may require additional processing loops, thereby extending delivery times.
5. Limitation of Liability
Indian Diagnostics, its directors, employees, and authorized phlebotomists shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
